Descriptions, prices and quantities apply to the named product. Additional accessories are included only where expressly listed. Dimensions are approximate; small variations in color and surface texture may occur. Check capacity, lid type, dimensions and care guidance before requesting an item. A splash-resistant lid is not a promise of leakproof transport.
Request and acceptance
Submitting checkout is a request, not acceptance of an order. An order is accepted only after availability and the final total are agreed. We may correct an obvious price or description error before acceptance and will explain the change. You may decline a revised offer. We do not substitute items without your consent.

Do not infer microwave suitability for steel tumblers or leakproof transport from a lid photograph. Follow the published care guidance and do not use chipped or cracked ceramics.
Prices and the agreement stage
Prices are in USD, with merchandise and shipping shown separately in the cart and applicable tax confirmed in the final itemized offer. No checkout payment is taken. An on-screen request reference acknowledges a stored request only; it does not reserve inventory, accept a contract or promise that email has been sent. If we identify an error before acceptance, we explain the proposed correction and seek agreement rather than silently substituting a different item or price.
Your information and changes
